Brady Murray

Founder & CEO – Tide Point Financial

Brady Murray is the Founder and CEO of Tide Point Financial. With more than 22 years of experience in the financial services industry, he holds designations as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and a Chartered Special Needs Consultant (ChSNC®).

Brady’s passion for the disability and special needs community began in 2007 when his son was born with Down syndrome. His commitment deepened when his next child was diagnosed with 22q11.2 deletion syndrome.

In 2013, he founded RODS Heroes, a nonprofit organization dedicated to uncovering the strengths of individuals with Down syndrome and inspiring families to adopt children with special needs. Brady is also the Founder of CaringTide, a company dedicated to supporting families who are navigating the complexities of caregiving for loved ones with disabilities.

In 2016, Brady and his wife Andrea adopted their fifth child, Cooper, who was also born with Down syndrome. Today, Cooper is on a mission to throw out the first pitch at all 30 Major League Baseball stadiums—spreading awareness and celebrating the abilities of individuals with disabilities.

Brady is a published author and has been featured on ABC, NBC, FOX, and other national media outlets advocating for the disability community. He has received multiple national awards for his advocacy and community service. Driven by a belief in lifelong learning and surrounding yourself with positive influences, Brady loves embarking on adventures with his family that challenge and inspire them.
